The Shawnee community is a wonderful place to live and serve. There are way more good people than bad, but the bad people are better at getting on the news. Shawnee is a blighted neighborhood. There are many boarded up homes and there is a hopelessness that you can see and feel. We believe God wants to use City Life to Rebuild the Community, Restore the Family, and Renew the Church.
